Twenty years ago the company was born as supplier for the railway sector only, in particular for design, prototyping, industrialization and production of rolling stock components and systems.
Still today it is the sector of excellence of the company and it is continuing to evolve in terms of quality, innovation and competitiveness
At present, Intersys cooperates with the major national and international players in the raileay sector, providing individual components, but also more and more complex systems, essential for the operation of the train, both high speed and local trains and metropolitan transport too.

INTERIOR LIGHTING SYSTEM

Intersys designs, produces, and industrializes interior led lights, including complete interior lighting systems provided with panels, wirings, control units, dimming and sensors.

EXTERNAL LIGHTING: SIGNALLING AND SWITCHES

Intersys designs, produces, and industrializes external multifunctional and marker lights, external and interior signalling devices for doors and toilette, buttons with or without light.

TOILET SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

Intersys designs, produces, and industrializes all the electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical components of the toilet system, a very complex system that deeply affects the perception of the quality of the railway service.

INTERIOR AND ACCESS DOORS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Intersys designs, produces, and industrializes control and operating systems for interior and access doors, in addition to lateral control unit installed inside the train cockpit. These systems have a direct and profound impact on the overall security of the “train system”.

PANTOGRAPH MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Intersys designs, produces, and industrializes the electropneumatic pantograph management system. In this particular sector Intersys boasts a great innovative capacity optimizing the energy capture required for high speed performances, both italian and european.
